"I travel a lot, but I’ve never seen an apartment like this. There is so much more than just the essentials. Two umbrellas — one even for the sun! The kitchen has things even my mom doesn’t have in hers ☺️ The owner has taken care of every detail for comfort. He is truly unique — there are very few such wonderful people. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. It’s right by the sea. The beach is ideal. The building has an elevator, and the neighbors are lovely. If I come back to Nice, I will definitely stay here👏🏻"

"The apartment was perfect for my week in Nice, good air con. Lots of details like washing powder, dishwasher tablets. Good cookware. Very welcoming and helpful host. 2 minutes from the beach, small supermarket nearby. One minute from the tramline."

"Amazing apartment right on the promenade. The host is really helpful and the key pick up was easy. The appartment right next to the stop for the tram that goes from/to airport and 1 minute away from the beach and 8 min away from the market. The appartment is brand new, clean with AC. "Very nice location, close to the beach and city center. It was very convenient for travelling, because the tram and the bus were nearby. As well as other useful things like a grocery store and cafes. Besides that, the appartement was way better than on the photos and we were pleasantly surprised. The air conditioning was our saviour in the hot weather. Also, the owner was very hospitable and friendly."

"We stayed in the apartment at the of June 2024. Our vacation was great! Everything is very clean and in perfect condition The apartment has everything you need for cooking: frying pans, pots, cutlery, plates - everything is in excellent condition. There are various spices, tea, coffee. There are all necessary accessories in the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, liquid soap, washing machine powder. The owner Alexander was very friendly and welcoming. Alexander answered all our questions and happily recommended several places in Nice and cities nearby, for which we are very grateful! I recommend the apartments 100%."

"The apartment was very nice, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is minimal, but well equipped with modern appliances and pots. The sofa bed is a little bit small, but quite comfortable. The bathroom is refined and equipped with a modern washing machine and towels. There is also a lovely balcony with table and chairs where you can eat or relax. The buidling is quiet and in a very good position, since it's near the Promenade and many cafés and restaurants and just 30 minutes walk from the city center. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment!"

"Дуже ввічливий хазяїн. Нас зустрічала дуже гостинна сестра Александра і ми дуже швидко попали у квартиру і отримали ключі. Дуже зручне розташування - кілька метрів від зупинки трамвая з аеропорту, 5 хвилин ходу до пляжу і супермаркетів. В квартирі нове обладнання на кухні і у ванній кімнаті. Новий гарний холодильник і телевізор. Є навіть парасольки для пляжу і дощу. В натурі квартира виглядає краще ніж на фото. Зручний диван і подушки."

"Нажаль під час нашого перебування у дворі ішли роботи з 8 до 17 у робочі дні з ремонту фасадів будинків. Але це не заважало бо в день нас не було вдома. Рекомендую гостям міста уважно слідкувати за страйками на громадському транспорті бо в останній момент нам прийшлось йти в аеропорт пішки."
